Here are TWO separate ways you can have a Guided Focusing Session at NO COST — and help others learn!
1. With Mary Elaine – As my schedule permits, I may be available to offer you a Guided Focusing Session at no charge–in exchange for your permission for the potential inclusion of your session content (for teaching and/or research use) within the ASK ME House Focusing Process library.
Here are the terms to which we would agree:
- I will provide a session at no charge to you.
- You grant me permission to record and transcribe the session.
- I will provide you with copies of both the mp3 and session transcript.
- I will delete any directly-personal content references (i.e., no names will be used, substituting “all that” and/or “that situation / issue” for specific content, etc.)
- You have final say whether I may use the remaining content (for teaching and/or publication purposes – in audio and/or print format).

2. With Ann Weiser Cornell or one of her advanced trainees – From time to time Ann needs volunteers who are willing to be guided through a Focusing session by an advanced trainee or while observed by a small group, for training purposes.
